Our system is the simplest to use and is fully
web based so that referees can book in real time and it is
impossible for 2 referees to book for the same position. There are 2
levels of configuration, global where you can set various parameters for all
referees, and individual where you can customize settings for select
referee such as:

limit the number of games that can be booked
at a time

Number of days to lock games (so that refs
cannot un-assign on game night)
