All our products are teir one brand's new unopened current models, we do not sell open box or end of life products, all items come with a full Manufatures warranty. Please conact us prior to purchasing if you are unclear about compatibility issues. 

Shipping & Payment Terms:

  • We strive to ship all orders on the day received and paid.
  • Some items depending on stock levels may be shipped from the US however all import and shipping costs are covered by us.
  • Taxes are added to the final price.
  • Tracking is provided with 24hrs.
  • We accept all major credit cards using PayPal as our payment processor.

Returns & Warranty Policies:

  • We guarantee your satisfaction on all products and make every effort to correctly describe all products in as much detail that is available.
  • Please insure the item is compatible with your application prior to purchasing, if you are unable to be absolutely positive please contact us first as we do not issue refunds for items ordered in error.
  • Non defective items returned are subject to a 50% restocking charge.
  • If an item is damaged in shipping or DOA defective out of the box or within 30 days we will exchange it at no expense to the purchaser. In some cases a Manufacturer’s case number may be necessary.
  • After 30 days returns are not accepted as all items are covered by the manufactures warranty. We are available to assist in the process if necessary.
